For more than twenty years, I worked in a corporate environment where my hours were governed by someone else and my paycheck was limited by the number of hours I could work. Days turned into weeks, months and years, and before I knew it, my daughter was in High School and life was passing me by.
I knew there had to be a better way and started doing extensive research to find a solution that would afford me the lifestyle I was accustomed to, but give me the time freedom that I desired.
Combining traditional entrepreneurship with online strategies was my solution. And I believe it can be yours as well!
Let me explain how it all came together…
For the last 12 years I served as a Sales Director, Consultant, Trainer, Facilitator and Presenter. I worked with thousands of businesses of varying sizes, helping them to design better business practices, increase their revenues and create heightened customer experiences. But this was based on traditional offline solutions and did little to leverage online solutions.
Realizing that I wanted to leverage my successful business experience to help everyday people enjoy Entrepreneurial Success of their own, I began a 24 month journey to expand and update my skill-set and knowledge base.
I became a Certified Coach, receiving my formal training from Tony Robbins and Chloe Madanes through the Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention, and also added several additional business certifications to my arsenal. I also sought mentorship from some of the top industry leaders in internet marketing, including Alex Mandossian, Andrew Lock, Armand Morin and Joel Comm.
I then combined my professional experience, my updated education and my coaching certification to create a dynamic organization: morphos, LLC. As founder and CEO, I propel individuals from Employees to Entrepreneurs and businesses from Functional to Exceptional, by designing and implementing actionable business plans to drive their ongoing success.
My unique method of understanding a client’s passion, assisting them in reconnecting with WHY they started down an entrepreneurial path, and crafting a plan that creates congruence between the WHY and the HOW has earned me the title of “The Structured Entrepreneur”.
